Colab are an audiovisual band from Melbourne. We make music, video, and art that taps into electro, new wave and trip-hop influences beats-wise and experimental film and classic VJ influences vision-wise. Along with doing studio work, we perform live, integrating visuals mixed and projected live, live video feed, live painting and musically the laptop based sequencing is balanced with lots of instrumentation including electric violin, guitar, drum-pads, keyboards and tons of intensity.
